www.lavilabd.com is a complete online shop where the site itself, Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/lavilabd) and the hotline number act as your touch points.

Despite the straight-forward nature of the business, there can be many questions that can come to your mind. Therefore we tried our best to answer some common questions regarding our business.

You can either order online or you can place your order at our hotline number. Please click here to know how can you place your order by yourself at online. If you want to order via hotline number you need to text us your A) delivery address, B) email address, C) receiver's number and D) product name (and size where applicable) as written in the site.


You can pay cash-on-delivery, via online transaction using a credit or debit card, through our bKash  merchant number (0179 84 999 69) or by depositing in our DBBL and BRAC bank accounts.


www.lavilabd.com is a complete online shop and therefore does not have a traditional show-room, all products can be viewed online at our website or facebook page (www.facebook.com/lavilabd).


If the total amount of all products exceeds 3000tk no shipping/delivery charges are applicable. In other cases, the delivery charges all over Bangladesh are a maximum of 100 tk


Delivery is available all over Bangladesh.


This is required as sometimes, products remain undelivered at the courier service office for a quite some time due to customer negligence. Even when a customer spends 200 tk for a product they become eager to receive it as soon as possible.

Mostly all of our products prices are fixed and non-negotiable however, in cases where prices can be reduced they are declared as a discount.

Within Dhaka it takes a maximum of 2-3 working days and outside Dhaka it takes a maximum of 5-7 working days to deliver to your desired location.

At present, home delivery is provided in Dhaka, Khulna, Comilla, Rajshahi, Chittagong and Sylhet City. In other destinations delivery is provided through SA Paribahan at the nearest office to you. Soon we hope to add more cities to our ever expanding range of home delivery destinations.

You can either choose 'Continetal' or 'Sundarban' courier services if SA Paribahan isn't available at your location. However, an extra 100 tk is required for Sundarban courier services.

If it's extremely necessary you can confirm your order and come to our office at Panthapath Concord Tower to check the product yourself but since we don't have a dedicated show- room for this purpose we do not encourage this.

Once a product is sold, it's not returnable so, please be very cautious before you order it. Of course, if there is a physical damage or size issue which you notice at the time of receiving the product you can return it .
